Visions
Aftercare
The Visions Aftercare Program was created with one mission in mind: creating a faith based community of women committed to their sobriety.
The Visions Program consists of community family homes where Agape graduates reside. While clients acclimate to society, they continue to receive support and case management services for their recovery.
Certain homes are allocated for specific needs for example the Mommies House is for women who have been reunified with their children. Another special home is the Discipleship House where the women choose to live a life of prayer and worship along with addressing their recovery issues.
The Visions Aftercare Program has certain requirements so that they may continue to live in the community residences such as:
- No drug or alcohol use.
- Guardianship- graduates return to the residential program and provide group services such as relapse prevention, reality reentry, and tutoring and or expressive arts.
- Attending weekly AA/NA meetings.
- Parenting Groups (Mommies House)
- Pass Sponsorship for residential clients.
- Attend weekly group in the residential program.
- Attend scheduled Visions meetings.
